Desayuno pobre y la habitación no estaba limpia del todo

i have not check in , because it has no electric power at 28th May, but i found i can not cancel it, and i don;t know if i can get the money return to me or not . it is so bad for me. i mean : booking.com is very bad ,this hotel is also very bad , they said they can operate it, but i check it , find it has not been canceled.

The staff need to go for better training on how to deal with their customers and house keeping needs to know how to clean the rooms!

Close to the airport with fast shuttle service and excellent drivers. Check in fast and plesant and it was ok for a 1 night stopover

The room oom felt old and outdated, huge inefficient air con box inside the room on the floor was noisy and the room was hot. The place certainly needs a refresh / update
