Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig und obwohl man die Straße hört, ist es im Zimmer nicht zu laut. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und auch der Teppich im Zimmer war sauber und nicht unangenehm. Der Empfang war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett war sehr groß und super bequem.
Auf unserem Flur war die Eismaschine defekt aber es gab ein Stockwerk darunter eine andere.

The STAFF was awesome, the manager was nice and the new lady that just started that’s from New York, she was a doll !! every time I made it back to the room the bed was made and I had fresh towels no questions asked ! I thank doubletree for the southern hospitality lol

The room was very modern , clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also had a really nice fire pit and sitting area outside . Staff was very kind and helpful .

The gym is nice and the staff are friendly
The location is on the highway so it’s a bit noisy and the price is a bit high for this level of hotels, also there is no one to help with the luggage

the Management is Very unprofessional. the Staff is under educated and has no knowledge of hotel rules. Polices are changed daily. Staff wonders Thru items when leaving hotel

What I liked was the cleanliness of the hotel,the customer service from the reception Trinity was awesome and Manny was awesome also.The restaurant was clean and the workers were nice and respectful and also the outside was clean and the elevator and the lobby was nice and clean. The breakfast was Awesome no complaints at all.Thank you Holiday Inn At Westchase I will definitely visit again
