There was no Breakfast. The reception was hot no air-conditioning. The room hall way has a smell. Very disappointed.

I booked this on booking.com which I have done in the past. I get there and they run my bank card he said declined they ran my credit card he said decline. It was a little embarrassing and frustrating. I was going there for one night bc ac went out. I just left and went to another hotel and sure enough my bank card went through. That hotel needs to get people that work at night and know what they are doing.

everything was closed (pool and the restaurant) no snacks down stairs . Covid was more than 2 years ago . there was also a $100 holding fee on top of the regular rate . you do get the 100 back after 2 days

They charged my card before I checked in . The room smelled like mold, no hot water. The guess where cursing and shouting in the hallways through the night. Our room had a roach in it.

I liked the fact that is was clean and neat.
Not enough appliances to accommodate the stay. Not even a mini fridge for the drinks not a microwave. Very expensive for the stay.

the beds and other furniture is hard they have no refrigerator or microwave’s in the rooms the elevators are really hot and there is no free breakfast here and also it don’t look anything like the pictures online

There was no iron in my room, I reported to receptionist on arriva, the next day I went downstairs again due to non wiring phone before they sent me an iron. In addition, my room was not cleaned the next day when I came in at 9pm. I went down again and they sent a cleaner. The sheet was clean but worn out in color

staff and surrounding food places and activities also the rooms were up to date
no breakfast but it was included in price and no fridge in room which we specifically asked for with reservation and ended up paying more for. and no pool.
