My granddaughter and I enjoyed the second night because we were moved out of a cold drabby room. The second room was awesome. We had views. It was clean.

My first night I paid exactly a $100.00 less, and we got what we paid for the room was the worst room ever. It's smelled moldy. I went to the counter. They were uninterested in what I was saying about the room. The night staff told me they would have someone come up and spray the person came up. Turn on the air conditioner sprayed something and it was freezing. So we had the choice of being extremely cool or a stinky moldy room, I paid. 169 for the room that first night and 269 the second night. I've I wasn't going to go through that same problem.

The location is perfect ! Right in the centre so its very convenience. Room is spacious, staffs are nice and helpful. What could be improved is to add more variety of breakfast items.

I booked this room in 4/23 and I get there and they don’t have room for me so they put me in a different hotel down the street. I’ll be calling cooperate as soon as I get home.

When people book months in advance make sure they have there room they paid for in advance

House keeping does not change out the dirty towels or empty the trash without prior notice. We were not told this at checkin

Close Minute Maid Park

Pool, nice large room with fridge, microwave, etc.

Breakfast: Small variety offered. It would suit any diet. The breakfast area was clean and the staff was really nice. Location: Perfect location for convention guests. Astros fans or for those simply needing a place to stay while visiting Downtown Houston. Room: Great size for two people. Nice sized bathroom and a kitchenette with full sized refrigerator. Employees: The employees that were there when I checked in and when checking out were so helpful and very nice. Valet was quick and the valet employees were very nice and helpful.

Beds are not fully made, no liners in trash cans, my room was musty and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The refrigerator kept making noises and as a light sleeper it kept me up. There was an annoying tapping noise. I initially thought soneone was knocking on the suite door next to me. The TV is in an awkward location and the channel selection is poor. Walls are also pretty thin. I could hear the people next to me talking. I'm also confused about billing. I paid online during booking but upon check out my receipt makes it look as if I was charged twice. I think it's just confusing. This hotel sells snacks which is convenient but they are grossly over priced. Employees: The mid-day (7/09/23) employees were not nice or helpful. Many of the questions I had fir the front desk were answered by two very sweet valet employees.

Busy weekends always have an elevator backup, so just be patient. The worst I would say (& no fault to the hotel), the drag racers in the parking lots or streets. It's annoying hearing their engines reving until midnight or just after.

Walking distance to the ballpark.

Loud noises coming from trucks in the parking lot.,they were roaring the engines Kids popping fireworks and riding scooters around the area being loud. This lasted about 2-3 hours. For the price we paid I expected more.
