Cheap and dog friendly. Honestly just got the room for the dog. We didn’t stay here. AC worked amazing!! Dog loved it. Better than putting her in a kennel. We could check on her, take her for walks, get her out when we wanted but had a safe place to keep her when it was too hot or too much

Room was dirty and smelled like cigs. Would not ever stay here myself but for the dog it was fine. Bedding looked washed but was stained, under the bed was dirty. We had to clean up to make sure the dog didn’t eat anything left over from the people before

Close to the freeway, relatively quiet, I like that it’s pet-friendly even though we didn’t bring pets. Clean enough for the price we paid. Facilities (other than wifi) were okay.

Motel6 in Needles, CA, advertises on the highest sign on its property “FREE WIFI”. It is allegedly included in the price for the room and the booking. I’m travelling with family members who need wifi for work purposes, which was one of the main reasons we chose this motel. Our room was roughly 30 metres from the reception where the wifi was a strong signal, yet in around our room it dropped out completely. The receptionist working Amita was continuously dismissive of this issue, she kept insisting that no one has ever complained about a wifi problem in our specific room, and just said to keep turning our phone wifi on/off and continuing to try. We tried this no less than 30 times, nothing changed. I told her that considering wifi is included in our booking, our price paid, and it’s literally advertised on the motel sign, we should be offered some kind of compensation for its complete absence in our room. Amita bluntly told me that considering I booked through booking.com, we need to take it up with them and there is nothing she can do. This is just incompetent and inadequate service, I have no issue with staying in a 2 star hotel with light staining on the bedding and a blocked bathroom sink, but I do take issue with false advertising and paying for services that aren’t actually included, nor made up for in any kind of compensation, and ultimately dismissed. The wifi worked perfectly when I was close to reception, there is clearly no issue with the server, yet reception refused to investigate the problem, or even just restart the router/modem. Would not recommend choosing this motel to stay in, would only recommend any competent representatives of this motel to seriously follow up on this issue.

The staff was hard to understand and very rude. They put me in a room that had wholes in the walls and floors none of the appliances worked and questioned me as to why I wanted to changed my room. What I do is none of there business she asked me if I messed the bed up like what does that have to do with my room not being clean or up to par with working appliances? Horrible service and Horrible room.

Hassle free place to bed for the night at a reasonable price. No bedbugs.

I booked the motel because it had a swimming pool and I had stayed at many motel 6's throughout the country The pool was not available. The towels were dirty The toilet was very dirty The shower head was broken and it was very difficult to stop water spraying onto the floor The wifi was not working So. What was I paying for ?

The worst Motel 6 in the US based in the ugliest city on Route 66! Unfriendly and untrained staff at the desk. Bugs everywhere in the room and in the shower. Sink very dirty, not cleaned before. Floor very dirty, bed very dirty, no one chair to sit. Shower don't work because no water, no water in the sink, I had to wash my face on the W.C. water, the only working. No soap. No coffee machine, no complimentary coffee. Fridge very dirty with red ice in the freezer, probably blood or meat something, very very very disgusting. TV: the remote has a very dirty adhesive film that leaves a sticky hand. Microwave very dirty. Pubic hair and hair of different colors found in my bed everywhere, even on the pillows. A very disgusting smell of dirty people on the bed like cheese or something when a human do not take a shower, very pungent. Of course, the shower has no water! Noisy W.C. all the night because water leaks. The WORST MOTEL 6 I ever stay in my life, based in Needles, the ugliest city ever on the Route 66. Please close this activity, it's already such a peripheral and ugly city, people don't deserve to waste their money without receiving an acceptable service.
