Breakfast was good. Room was in general clean. Staff were friendly.

Swimming pool was not operational and I was not warned when I booked. Then water boiler broke down so we had no hot water for a bath.

234 room has a bolt that could easily cut you on the handle hanging on the bathtub wall, the television kept going off in the sitting room

Hotel location

Hotel was under renovation. My room was in poor condition and furniture appeared unclean. Ask for a replacement, but was informed there were no other rooms available. Bathroom looked horrible, wall paper coming off the wall. If I didn't pay in advance, I would have left .

Residence Inn did not disappoint. It was clean, comfortable, and the amenities, such as a refrigerator, a stove and dishwasher were adequate.

This room showed that it was in need of a remodel.

I wasn't aware that they were remodeling until we got there...I wouldn't had paid $200 for 1 night there knowing extensive remodeling was going on. The employees were very friendly, they always spoke & was courteous with breakfast. The room was nice, great window lighting. Great amenities with iron, liquid dishsoap, & dishwasher also. Therr was a nice glass dish & drinking glass set. Only thing was wrong was the bathroom was dirty had feces on the toilet & a dirty brown bath cloth was in the tub. It keeps giving me a 5 star rating I would say 3.5

The front desk staff was nice and the room was big and comfortable

Huge issue with the door. It wasn’t locking! The bolt wouldn’t pop out. If you pushed on it the door opened right up. We asked the front desk to send someone, but they never came. So we had to stick a butter knife into the door to pop the bolt out every night but during the day we just hoped no one was going to try to get into the room, cause we couldn’t get the the bolt from the other side with the knife. It wasn’t handled well or as any kind of serious matter, and I felt it was, it made me feel very unsafe especially since I had my baby and toddler with me.

Location and staff wonderful. Room was nice. Had a king studio suite.

Rooms clean but halls and outside trashy. Halls needed to be vacuumed. No hot breakfast. Pool still closed. Coffee weak.
