Traffic noise. I asked for a quiet room due to my work hours, and I was put in a room facing the road. Cleaning personnel use the bar to keep doors from closing, but while cleaning room (going in and out) the door slams against that lock. Loud when people are trying to sleep.

Requested early check-in due to having an autistic physically limited special needs adult companion. Early check-in was 2pm, Regular check-in was 3pm, and we arrived at 4pm - later than we anticipated. Check-in process was ridiculously long at 45minutes, especially since it was not busy at that time. Room that I booked, after much research, would have met our needs, but was given a different room that did not meet our needs. We needed a handicap assessable room, but was given a non-handicap assessable room very far from any entry/parking. We were in town for an event that we could not be late for, so no time to spare. I booked two beds, but room we were given had one. I slept on a very small love seat, that was not a sofa-bed, with no extra blankets or pillow available. Breakfast did not have staff available for assistance. Checkout did not have staff available for assistance. Overall bad experience. Will not stay again.

We were told check out time is at 12 noon and right before we were going ti check out which was around 11:20, we went back to our room to find that the housekeeper threw out our food that we were keeping in the fridge until we checked out and she had started cleaning the rooms even though we hadn’t checked out yet, nor was it checkout time

The cleaning solution was flatting up breathing issues. So we were moved to a different room.

Breakfast was nice , room was clean and walls were not thin. Also the loby had things i couldncharge to my room with mo hassle. Staff was quick and professional and nice.oh and the pool was well kept. Andnthe check out text process was awesome and convenient.

Nothing i thinknit was a little much for a room in that area with no major sight seeing or places.to bisit but it worked.

The pool area was great but a little hard to access. The little patio with tables had a gate to the pool but it was locked.
