The location
Extremely hot in the rooms, sink took forever to drain

I am extremely disappointed with this experience. The plumbing in our room was not working and the toilet didn’t flush. This made our stay a nightmare. When checking out I spoke about it with reception staff who weren’t very apologetic but did offer a discount after all. They promised to get in touch during the day because supposedly they didn’t know how to do a refund via Booking.com. Waiting to hear back….

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and considerate. We appreciated each person we came into contact with during our stay.
Our original room wasn’t very clean, and the entire 4th floor smelled of sewage.
The staff was very apologetic and moved us to a different level, which smelled fine.
However, the balcony was still pretty dirty and there were wasp nests everywhere

Shower was broken and I have injured leg couldn’t use grab bars they were siliconed on and not anchored. Tried to grab one and it ripped half off the wall and I fell
What I just said in the bother box, but I did like the staff. Online and tvs in rooms say pool is 24/7 but isn’t. Disappointing . Very expensive snacks.

I had originally booked a king room on last Tuesday May, 16th, 2023. Upon arrival my room had been given away without me being notified prior to arrival, until I unlocked the door to my room and walked in to find two queen beds. I walked back down stairs to the front desk to discuss and they said they were fully booked and gave me an accommodating room. But, I wanted my room I had booked 4 days prior to arrival.

rude service, no breakfast , creamer in room sour, we had 1 washcloth 2 towels for the two of us... call 3 times to get them. front desk was rude on arrival and also to help get us washclothes and towels . took 2 hrs and 15 min to get them. We stay at hotels often this was by far one of our worse ones. no consideration for my husband , he is a 100% disabled veteran of the vietnam war. no discounts and not interested in his needs.

The staff was wonderful from the moment we walked in. The room was clean and we appreciated the unlimited bottles of water.
The room needs some updating. I have definitely stayed at nicer Marriott’s. The bed was modern and low to the ground. It worked but wasn’t what I expected.

it was extremely loud in the lobby. I struggled to hear the receptionist as I was checking in. There was some kind of group function going on, and every time I was in the lobby it was extremely loud, painfully so.
