The location!

That the gym room had no air conditioning. And the pool was dirty.

Not noisy. The breakfast was pretty good.

We stayed for three nights and our bathroom was as never cleaned. This is supposed to be a suite but there were no pots to make a small meal. They are charging for parking? And this is not downtown Richmond.

Room are very dirty. Very old. Disappointing.

TV in sitting area didn’t work. Two of the four elevators were out of service.

The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

The bathroom door of our room was heavily damaged and did not close properly. But the room was exceptional.

The breakfast was good. It was comfortable

I did not like that we had to exit the building in the middle of the night. Because someone pulled the fire alarm and broke my rest after driving a good distance.

The location was good. The breakfast was okay, I remember it being better in the Embassy Suites hotel located in New York.

The rooms could be cleaned everyday. The air conditioner leaked badly in my room.

The desk manager Anthony was very rude/judgmental. Outdated furniture. The room temperature was uncomfortable. It was very hot. I think the thermostat was broken. I requested assistance and the staff brought a box fan and placed it near my door in the room. Ridiculous.

Wie üblich sind Hilton Hotels eher älter und wenig gut gewartet. Ich hatte eine abklappbare Sitzfläche in der Badewanne, die aber ziemlich aus der Wand herausgebrochen ist. Die Emaille der Wanne war abgeplatzt und machte einem großen Rostfleck Platz. Vor zwei Vorhängen (im Erdgeschoss) war nur einer da. Tapeten blätterten von den Wänden und Rotschimmel war in den Badezimmer-Ecken und Fugen zu sehen. Auch waren Schimmelflecken am Duschvorhang. Der Teppich war durchgelaufen und warf spürbar Falten auf.

The air conditioner wouldn’t turn off the family was cold. The bathroom was outdated. The balcony door was broke.

Love the atmosphere, the staff, accommodating and friendly. Barataff nice, very helpful, the kitchen who delivered my food was not very nice at all. Sald came full of oil. Attempts were made to resolve the issue but it was slightly disappointing 😞

Loved the layout of the building and really enjoyed the reception. Great breakfast with the omlette bar. My daughter enjoyed watching the elevators! It worked well for our family that you can close the door to the living room so our daughter could sleep on the pull out without being woken up by house in the bedroom.

The bathroom setup is uncomfortable and awkward, you can barely get in with how small it is and how the door swings in too close to the toilet.

Amazing breakfast with so many choices! loved the omelette station!

The location of the property perfect distance to pretty much everything. 10-15 mins traveling around town The bartender where excellent very professional and friendly during reception time

Service some of staff not friendly at all waitstaff during dining evening reception Check in not too pleasant And my card was charged at least 2 before I even checked in Now my funds are holding until somebody figure out why I was double charged

Very clean and nice looking. The front seat workers were all amazing as well as Security. They brought me towels and washclothes up close to midnight. Very helpful.

Pool was small, long wait for elevators.

The staff was great! The check in lady. Just so happens we get her every time. We love her.

The food was good quality. We ordered dinner. Wasnt very good. Last time wasnt very good either but we thought we try it again. We always book two rooms. Our room wasnt very clean.

The room was great but the bathroom was tiny. Although we didn’t spend much time in bathroom! Lol The breakfast omelette station was awesome! Manager Jason was very accommodating. Great stay.
