When you had issues with your room ie appliances,tv,etc.the staff didn’t seem to be very interested with your concern

Location was perfect.

The entire facility was clean and was very relaxing. The room was outstanding, especially for the cost, and even though I was only staying one night, it would be great for a longer stay. I would highly recommend staying here whether its for business or pleasure.

Front desk staff not friendly at all. Hot water didn’t work in shower coffee machine in lobby didn’t work

The room was absolutely filthy. There was a dog toy and other toys left behind. The air conditioning smelled like vomit. The kitchen was covered in salt. The floor of the shower was brown from dirt. There was a lot of hair on the sheets and a white substance splattered on the bed skirt. As you walk in the room there was a pink splatter on the wall. It was by far the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in.

The room was clean I love the look of the room. I appreciate the extra little things that made room feel like a little apartment.

Everything was good.

The fact that no one came up to collect kitchen and bathroom trash bags for all 3nights spent.

3/11/23 Was given key to occupied room.initially. then returned to get another key for another room. Room and hallway was engulfed in Marijuana smoke. Burning eyes and throat for hours. Staff just sprayed.hallway! In Richmond every weekend for Church sadly Will not stay again at Candlewood!

The location was very convenient.

I had an unexpected extremely high holding fee charge . I did my reservations through booking.com, I’m used to maybe a $50 holding fee charge when checking in for security reasons if anything happens to the room , however their charge was a fee of $200, just about the same price of getting the room , only that particular location. When making reservations, you don’t expect to have to have a charge at all or for an amount like that . In which I couldn’t cover it , so I had to get it from a family member or they wouldn’t have allowed me to even stay even when I had reservations. A big disappointment and inconvenience all in one .

I liked the Kitchenette and all it's supplies, Hotel itself & Location.

Everything was perfect.
