No restaurant, just the Bistro, which wasn't a bistro! Poorly trained staff, limited menu and not everything on the menu was available. The frier was broken, so no french fries. Although we had a king-size room, breakfast was only for one! Very disappointing.

I booked a room with the Marriott Courtyard having just come from one on the opposite side of town. I noted during the booking that I would be arriving late. I called shortly before my arrival to say we were on our way. Everything was fine. However, upon arrival i was told that the water was not quite hot in my room and that they would check me in to their adjoining sister property for the same price. Oddly enough, from Springhill I could see late arrivers checking in to Marriot and not being dragged to Springhill. Springhill room - couch was disgustingly dirty.

Contacted hotel twice to ask for shuttle service pick up point with no reply, took 1 hour on arrival to find pickup. Booked breakfast was a horrific experience, staff poor, 20 minutes wait for service, which gave no time to eat before the shuttle bus. Then had to pay additional $38 for experience. Would recommend guests try another hotel if they want breakfast as advertised.
