It was convenient to the airport which is why we stayed there. The bed was comfortable.
There were spiders in the bathroom. The woman at the front desk had a bad attitude.

they say we broke something and she’s the water in a boo, l asked my guests they come back they didn’t, and hotel kept the deposit CASH, they asked for a deposit… we n ver leave a deposit in the hotels we stayed… HORRIBLE!!!

Breakfast was listed but not provided. Bedding was old and torn. Towels were stained

I like Bob , the owner ( I'm pretty sure ) very much , he is an awesome person! You have your privacy, they don't bother you . I'll definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.
The housekeepers waiting for you to leave an hour to an hour and a half before checkout .

There were alot of people hanging around the parking lot. Not the best area.

Cleaning of the room and staff was rude and there were roaches in the front desk

Nice room, dominoes pizza right down the street and walking distance to lots of things.
Bed too close to the wall and the night stands a bit tore up and stained pillow cases.

Loved the view of pikes peak from our room. Once we were in our room it was really quiet. We stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned every day.
No breakfast. The pool closed very early. (9:30). It wasn't good or bad but just so people are aware, there is a $20 deposit hold that they put on the card you use for payment.
