Convenient location. Friendly front desk clerk.

We got into our 1st room. King with a pull out sofa bed. No linen on pull pull out. Had to go to front desk to get it. Toilet was leaking badly, had to be moved to another room. Upon entering that room, it smelled wet. Beds made a banging sound because they were some kind of metal frame, so every time you move, it was sound like an Air conditioner, air duct banging.. Also No extra pillows for the sofa bed?They told us they didn't have any. It looks like they are trying to modernize and update the place a little so that was refreshing. We would probably stay there again only because of price and convenience.

Nice facility, pet friendly

The power went out during the night, when we woke up everything was dark, had to use the stairs, no lights in the stairwell, no staff at the front desk to let us know what happened, no back up generator. Don't think we'll stay there again.

They charge my cc and didn’t present the keys.. also I ask for the 1 st floor and they wanted me to go to the 3rd floor. then wanted me to go into a handicapped room. I’m not handicapped

The hot tub & pool were excellent. It was cold & windy outside, but nice & warm inside, inside the hot tub.

Not really much we didn't like, other than the slow slow single elevator.

The place was clean and quiet.

The elevator is absolutely terrifying as it sounds like it's about to fall apart. We were on the 4th floor and there was a hole/soft spot on the floor right by the window which doesn't seem right. The shower was a pain to use as the tub stopper was pretty jammed and took lots of force to get the water to somewhat come out of the shower head. Lastly, the TV had a child lock on it which the front desk said they couldn't help with so we were relegated to basically 4 channels.

The hot tub was ICE COLD. Total bummer.

Breakfast was great. Staff were wonderful.

The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool water was cold. We were really looking forward to hanging out by the pool and in the hot tub. Everything else was amazing. Thanks.
