Called the resort to attempt to switch from Friday night to Saturday night, was told by the manager that they were booked solid and they couldn't switch nights because there was a wrestling tournament and "everywhere in town was booked" so we accepted our mistake of booking on the wrong night and drove 3+ hours after working 10 hour shifts to make it to our reservation. When we arrived at 10pm not only was the receptionist flat out rude, we were also told that they had gone ahead with the nights being switched. We received no phone call from them or texts saying they were going to switch them for us, otherwise we would have been fine with that and came on Saturday. After we told her our story and how we had driven all this way just to make it to the reservation she basically said not my problem, and offered no accommodations or apologies or anything to make it right. Mind you at this point we were still polite and not upset, we wanted her to have the chance to fix it. We offered to take any type of room they had but they were too booked. Called the Best Western Kelly and had the best customer service AND they had a room AND the prices were cheaper but the rooms and facility also very nice. They also have a really nice pool area with things to play on for your kiddos. 10 stars for Best Western, 0 stars for the crappy customer service and the indifference about their bookings.

Main concern was The room was not very clean for a $120 a night room. The walls were thin so you could hear everything.

Breakfast was terrible only Cereal and muffins and fruit no warm anything and we were made to leave the pools after water park Closed after told we can swim and use the hot tub after it closes because we stayed at the bighorn resort

Absolutely great location. You really are just a hop and skip to just about everything.

Amenities are terrible here. No coffee or breakfast after 930am. You can not have adults drinks in the pool area. And the continental breakfast was available for only a few hours, with very little to choose from. Considering these rooms were $200 plus a night, I would recommend staying at hotel with a trusted name.
