it was clean and open. Close to where we wanted to be as well. The staff was friendly and smiling (which is huge!) 😊

The breakfast wasn’t too good. I had the muffin sandwich. Pretty tasteless.

The cost of the room was way way too high. It is a basic hotel not a fancy hotel. No way it was worth $150 a night but I was in a pinch and needed a room so…

The room was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had good pressure.and was nice and hot.

The hallways looked like it needed to be painted and carpet cleaned or replaced. Just needed minor updating

The location is right next to our venue. Just a couple minutes and we were back to hotel. Rooms were very spacious.

The fact that there wasn't an elevator. The individuals in our group have bad knees, and hips and we were on the 2nd floor. Also no vending on the 2nd floor, even just an ice machine would have been nice.

All was well

You probably don’t have any or much ability in changing this, but the awful smell of marijuana was present whenever we were in the hallway. Smells terrible. It is ironic that there’s no smoking but you can’t miss the marijuana smell.

The bathroom floor was always kind of wet and slippery as well as the carpeting in the room. The hallway smelled so much like chlorine it smelt like skunk.

Bed was super comfy.

When we checked in, we were greeted by someone who seemed to not be very happy. We found our room just fine, however the whole place smelled bad. Our room especially smelled like rotten sauerkraut. The air conditioner seemed to be working fine, except our room was very humid and felt "moist," like the AC wasn't taking the humidity out of the room. The bathroom was very nice, apparently newly remodeled, and everything was clean. The breakfast was more "continental" than it was a "hot breakfast." We heated up a breakfast sandwich in the microwave, but the selections of other things (fruit, cold cereal) was limited. There was a wonderful picture on the wall of waffles, but no waffles were offered?

Location, Staff, Room size

Sheets had stain on them, these sheets should be tossed due to the stain will probably never come out. No wash cloths available. Two out of the four towels in our room were stained/dirty. Breakfast could use a few more choices-but was good. Hotel seems to needs some updates.
