The room was clean, the staff was very nice, only coffee and tea available for breakfast, no wheel chair access to upstairs, had to drag my luggage up the stairs and I have a bad back. Was there for my mother who had major back surgery and was wheelchair bound so no elevator sucked.

The toilet seat was not clean. There were stains on the pillow cases and when you flushed the toilet it made a loud unbearable noise. Not to mention they don't have a pool.

My room was on the end, next to the exit. I like that!

Lighting in the room needed to be brighter.

this was my third stay and i noticed a decline since last year. (this all could be a result of the hurricane, though). toilet paper holder was half hanging off the wall. mattress was really uncomfortable (divots and lumps). wifi was practically non-existent. plug by bed wouldn't support charging block.

We knew what we were getting into. Even if so, it continues to amaze me how bad and expensive US hotels are compare to hotels in other countries; even when they are part of the same chain.

Loved the walk in shower with light... perfect size room... clean

The bed was quite mushy and I sank in when laying down... the AC was loud
