The beds and pillows we’re comfortable and the staff was pleasant.

Room was not as clean as hoped. There was left over trash behind dresser. The rooms were very small.

The ocean view was phenomenal. The room size was nice as well.

We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The location was convenient to dining, shopping, beach, parking. The ease of coming and going was very appreciated. The atmosphere of the hotel was so warm and inviting. The access to coffee in the mornings, and the sitting areas, televisions, and computers in the lobby were enjoyed by the entire family. The pool was warm and clean, and easy to access. The staff was friendly and acccessible. The view was spectacular!

There were only a few minor things that could have added to our experience. For example: "The Pantry" or the Convenience Store in the hotel lobby- seemed to be overpriced, and would have been better if there was more variety of food items, especially fruit and vegetable options and other breakfast and lunch foods; the restaurants on property- more fruit and vegetable options with entrees; the room- place to hang towels and beachwear to dry, table or shelf in the bathroom.

Great location, staff, breakfast. Beach was clean and safe. Not crowded. This is all based on being there in early June, on weekdays.

Big city, but that was expected.

The staff was very friendly. The room had a great view.

We unfortunately came the week before a big event so there was a lot of construction and blocked beach access

that it was on the boardwalk. Jumpin Shrimp was very good and the hostess and waitstaff were fantastic

I specifically requested a high level room and was told they would do their best to accommodate me. we ended up on the 3rd floor. Hotel hostess when we checked in was not very cordial. hot tub was advertised when I booked the room but that has been removed.
