Location was great, good view of the beach, very friendly staff.

The beds were very soft and high, the TV in the room did not work, there were no hangers provided you - had to ask for them, the free coffee was only available till 2 o’clock in the afternoon, no access to the beach from the pool. No first aid kit… We had an Incident at the beach and their first aid kit was empty, very inadequate . They only had one elevator to service all nine floors. The ice machine on the third floor had a leak all over the floor.

We chose breakers to have a Restaurant and it was closed . Although a private party was in it for three days .

The location was exactly what I was looking for

When we checked in our room the bathroom was not clean. it had dirty towels in the floor the tub and toilet was dirty. no clean towels. I called the front desk and they said they will send someone to check it.. the person came and looked at it and said they would send somebody to clean it.. I went to the front desk because I wanted to talk to them about the room because my family was worried about the cleanliness of the rooms we got..The front desk person said sometimes that happened they may forget to do the bathroom for me that was a terrible turn off how do you forget the bathroom when cleaning rooms

The hotel was run down. We got the room with the whirlpool and we couldn't even use it because the door that opens up the plumbing kept falling off. The hallways weren't air conditioned and the elevator randomly worked when it wanted to. Minimal parking and my car gets scratched from the front to the end from the small parking spots.

The door kept blowing open the toilet it was leaking
