All was good except the toilet

Toilet would not flush front desk could not find a plunger

Dirty moldy no tv no phone. Very disappointing

We drove up and there were people outside smoking by the front door, building was falling apart, a big warning sign was posted, as we drove around the property there were pieces of room furniture outside the rooms, clothing strewn outside the rooms, boots and personal items. It was filthy looking and very very shady looking.it was so shady looking we forfeited our prepaid stay there, looked like it was a roach infested motel/hotel

I ask for a walk in tub and was told I could have it. but didn’t get one.

only positive is that it’s right off the highway.

The room was clean.

The room smelled musty. The bathroom light wouldn't turn off. It looked clean but didn't feel clean. The bathroom itself was kind of crappy, run down.

light switches are in random places and housekeeping wakes you up at 8:00 am

the check in clerks were rude. they gave bad answers to where the ice could be found

breakfast was very mediocre. I booked online with Booking.com and they overcharged me $10.00. I told them the next day and it took forever to find my online booking and finally did refund me. Didn’t realize that we had to go outside to our room and it was not only loud but with the door locked you could see outside through the crack!

was in the back of the building and homeless people were making a lot of noise and camping in the woods and I didn’t trust my car to be setting in the parking lot and also didn’t trust walking outside to let my service dog use the bathroom

there was literal trash in the bed and pull out couch. Along with a dirty wash cloth🤮 The room reaked of smoke. We walked out and did not stay the night, despite having 2 exhausted children, and are hoping to get a refund.
