The pool and Waterpark were great and the multiple pools with hottubs. Location to the beach was wonderful

The pools were nice but too cold to swim. And the Jacuzzi's were the heated pool were great. The man who checked us In was very nice and accommodating.
I didn't like $20 for a Red Roof Inn courtesy breakfast that I did not pay for and will never pay for I would rather go to one of the restaurants. I did not like the parking spaces. They are incredibly close, and I drive a big Truck and I did not like the flat uncomfortable pillows.

The waterparks were really fun.
The only bright light was the kitchen, in the bed space were two lamps that weren't very bright.

When I booked this room it looked amazing on the pictures on the website. Very disappointed when we got to the room not what was showed in the pictures. Paid $1124.34 for 2 nights. There was no rooms near by so after driving for nearly 5 hours its all I could find. Dirty rooms very small room. Disappointed. I couldn't disappoint my kids that were exited to go to the beach.

The jetted tub was FILTHY. Never got to use. ALL TYPES OF HAIR ON TOWELS & linen. & also asked numerous of staff for towels while at the water park for hours.

The location is close to some attractions. It’s also close to the airport if you’re traveling by plane. The on site water park was very nice. Having a full kitchen in the room was nice as well. The room was clean. No bugs or dirty linens. The staff was pleasant.
The parking deck is on the street side of the building and all rooms are on the beach side of the building. While this gives every room an ocean view, it also means you walk out of the door to the parking deck and you constantly hear car doors, horns, and alarms going off. The actual bed was comfortable but if you gave a room with a sleeper sofa it is horrible even for small kids. The bathroom is tiny and the fixtures need to be updated.

We arrived at 3:45 am. We were very exhausted from the drive from Atlanta. There was a lot of loud talking next door then a big fight broke out. It made me very uncomfortable, I wanted to leave but I couldn't.
The resort needs an upgrade, the floors and bed cover always seemed damp. The could have refunded me the first night stay since I didn't get any rest from the loud fighting neighbors.
