The bed was comfortable
There were bugs in my room. The staff isn’t very friendly. Price is too high. They locked me out of my room as I was loading up my car even though I had 30 minutes til checkout.

Bed bug, cigarette burns in a non-smoking room cracked paint in the bathroom, stained brown tub, dirty shower curtain and dirt around the window seal, ketchup on the wall

There's no elevator and we were traveling with people that needed an elevator. The entire place smelled like cigarette smoke, even the non smoking rooms. The entire thing was dirty, our floor has not been vacuumed, there was food and cigarette ash on our floor. It was disgusting.

It was clean
housekeeping was very loud in the hallways, the individual at the front desk. When I checked, it was very rude, the staff allowed a man that was not staying there to hang around one of the side doors for hours. And to charge $20 a night for my dog we were there three nights, and no one came in our room until we left after the third night I’d say they owed me $40 because I overpaid for the cleaning services . We will never back there again

The property smelled horrible. The staff wasn’t friendly. The room appeared clean but wasn’t. The smell… whew. it smelled like cigarettes from the time you walk in to the room. I don’t recommend staying at all.

Everything was great
I was so exhausted i didn't get to enjoy a hot bath, i sat to watch a little TV and woke up at checkout, which was not at all the hotels fault. Great place to rest!

I didn't stay due to the unfriendly environment and rude receptionist.
The receptionist told me upfront since I booked through the third party then the booking is not guaranteed. Next, the receptionist requested my credit card and driver license which were handed over to him. At the end the receptionist didn't want to return my driver license to force me to stay. He(the receptionist) told me that he is going to charge my credit card.
I requested my driver license back to leave the facility immediately. On my way out of the door the receptionist told me per quote: Leave my property, otherwise I am going to call to the police"
At the parking the receptionist followed me to go towards my vehicle. I told the receptionist to let me go, otherwise I was ready to call to the police for stalking and following myself.

liked that it was close to my job
i didnt like that i was charged $15 extra bc I had a cut on my foot and blood got on the towels. the front desk person called my room twice to charge me more money. I was talked with rudely when my debit card that was broken wouldn’t scan, but the lady at the desk the day before had no issues keying in my card manually and it worked fine.
