There were roaches coming from the lamp checked in and out on November 23 and still haven't received a refund for the days I didn't stay

Price, bed, online booking.
Property needs tons of work. The outdoor parts. Staircases are breaking down with pieces of many stairs coming loose. AC units leave a water trail from room to edge of balcony for each room.
TV didn't work. I could have called the front desk and fixed it but didn't have the will. I shouldn't have too..it should work when they say the room is ready for check-in.

the pool was closed, we didn’t mind much at all but if you’re looking for that, maybe try something else!

It was clean.
The staff was very rude and the fact that they locked us out of the room. I went to the office and the older white lady at the front desk was helping someone check in. After she helped the customer she didn’t acknowledge me at all and answered the phone and was on the call for about 10 minutes. When she finished the call she had an attitude and asked what I needed. I told her we were locked out of the room and she said it isn’t a big deal and I said it kind of is, all of our stuff is in there and she told me to stop screaming (I wasn’t) and she was going to call the police. After her rude behavior and threat we decided to check out and find another hotel. She told me we would get a full refund but the next day I spoke with another lady who was very nice, but said that unfortunately since we booked through a third party we couldn’t get the refund for the night we checked out so we paid for it and we had already paid for and stayed at another hotel. We also had a bad experience with two of the cleaning people, an older man and woman earlier that day before we left. They approached my husband and me rudely and were speaking in a their language then we heard “checking out” and we said, “No, we’re not checking out”. We also told the front desk staff that we won’t need service but they went in anyway but only made the bed. We won’t stay at Red Roof Inn in Port Wentworth again.

Air conditioner cycled off and on all night due to knobs being broken. Beds were terrible. Leaky toilet. Our room wasn't a renovated one.

Neighbors were up past midnight grilling and being unruly. There was no one to complain to.

I didn’t know we had a breakfast option and it’s close to the airport but the stragglers.
It was people that were hanging out outside our door for two nights in a row and a guy on the steps all day and night, made me really uncomfortable so i checked out early and stayed in a different hotel.

The location was great, easy access to the Interstate. Next to a restaurant and a QT.
The front attendant was Awesome.
The GPS took me past the location to exit 94, then back to the correct exit 104. The attendant said that happens a lot.
The door to the bathroom wasn't easy to close, it needs maintenance. The housekeeper only came in 1 out of 3 days.
Only 1 pack of regular coffee. No sugars, creamer, stir sticks, or napkins. Got extra coffee from the front desk.
The lobby restroom was a storage closet of Christmas decor and stuff. I understand there has been a remodel in progress from another Hotel. So all is good!

I asked for more towels and more pillows. Did not receive them. I thought my bed would be made during maid service. Did not receive the service.

The rooms was very clean upon arrival!
They started painting my door and room while I was out for the day and left my door wide open with all my belongings for pretty much that whole day. when I spoke to the manager he refused to give me my money back because we couldn’t stay in a room with the paint smell as strong as it was. after arguing with him and him taking me through all the loops he finally gave me another room that smelled like cigarettes so bad but it was better than the paint smell. But the one young guy that worked with the front desk with the neck tat he was super nice and helpful!!

Like almost all hotels nowadays smelled like weed. Bathroom was a little tight due to the size of the door.

The king spa room,,. Is pretty good in size. Large bathroom. Loved the corner chair with hassack....The breakfast was nice.!
The Air Conditioner. .cold have pushed out more cold air.
