How close we were to everything

I paid for 1 queen and 2 full qnd got 3 full beds instead

The location was perfect and the rooms were decent sized

Checking in was a very long process Only 2 staff members processing all the paperwork, which includes an ID for every adult (I had 3 rooms). You must pay $100 deposit for each room it must be CASH The customer service was horrible no smiles no hellos how's your day or apologies for the inconvenience of paperwork etc. After my parking pass flew out the window I went to the front desk asking for another one again the customer service was horrible instead of greeting me with a smile she drilled me with questions and lask back about needing a pass. The rooms do NOT look as nice the advisement at all!! I did not see bedbugs but definitely saw some roaches.

The hot tub is great and the beach is right outside

All the staff was very nice and I loved it cause we was on the beach . The pool area was nice and clean and the hot tub was clean

The room we stayed in had cracks in the ceiling that needed to be repaired and we find roaches in our room which was they should do a annual bug spray

Cock roaches, lights didn't work, only half the stove worked, fridge had a faulty receptacle so it work sometimes. Had to throw away food.

I didn't like anything. They were usually rude and I was getting charged way to much. And they were just rude. And don't take pets.. Says pet friendly but most of the staff is scared of dogs

Nice location

Lots of roaches. The price was cheaper as a walk in. I thought I was saving money by booking online.
