The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable and didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of.

The hot tub smelled like a sweaty sock when the jets were turned on

I loved the staff, cleanliness, and just over all ambience!

The only thing I can say that was not the best was the mattress in the main bedroom.. we sleep up in the lot with our son because those mattresses were much comfier.

The staff was gracious and helpful; the facilities were clean, fun, and varied. The clientele was friendly, helpful, and enjoyable. What a hidden gem in New Braunfels!

The bed was a little firm for me, but I like a soft bed.

I loved that it was family oriented and all the workers where very friendly. Felt safe my whole trip, the house was very well kept & clean. Will be returning for the summer I can’t wait.

this property has so many cute features! splash pad, gem ‘mining’, hot tub and basketball hoop. they had s’mores by the fire one night and we even enjoyed waking through the huge properly looking at all the different campers and license plates. The staff was professional and kind. I would love to bring our kids back here.

The Cabin was comfortable. Had what we needed. Kitchenette, beds.

Too expensive. We didn't get pillows and linens for beds in the loft. We had to pay extra for those. I asked if I could change the reservation back one day , they said no, as the cabin wouldn't be available. It turns out the cabin was in fact available. This cost us an extra night that we didn't need. $160.

I've stayed at the location several times. When I booked the two bedroom unit, i expected it to have two bathrooms. The living area was small and cramped.

The property was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised. The outside pool and hot area were very nice. There was a hot tub inside the fitness center that is open 24 hours. That was a nice feature even though we did not utilize it. The park it self was very clean and better than expected. The location was ok. It was noisy in that area. We had neighbors in the next door cabin that were very noisy late into the night. But besides that the cabin was well stocked with kitchen items and very nice décor. The cabin was ready for us early. The staff was very friendly.
