Could not open the window of the certain room

Dominique was so welcoming. She gave us lots of tips on sights to see and places to eat. Our room was great and the breakfast is amazing.

Very beautiful location. Quiet and cute cottages, if that's what you book. I did not see an option for a regular room on Booking.

They need to tell people that you MUST order breakfast (tell them what time) the DAY BEFORE! I have travelled all over the world and have NEVER had this expectation. The email stated to "just tell us the time" with no indication how to do so. Call, reply? We arrived late (10:00PM) after work, driving for 4 hours. They messaged us through the app several times to clarify check-in and at NO time did they ASK about breakfast. There was a kettle with coffee but not creamer or sweetener in the room, the least they could do is provide that!

Bed a somewhat uncomfortable

Location was fine, able to travel to and from event location was easy. Breakfasts were excellent and delivered on time requested.

Room not real clean, bed too soft, tv not convenient to viewing.

The Cottages were unique with options of private spaces for time alone or communal outdoor seating. The overall property was quiet and relaxing.

The property is showing it’s age and needs some TLC. Our room was clean, however the bed sounded as if it was going to collapse and the door to the room did not shut smoothly. The hot tub was absolutely enjoyable, yet it also did not work properly and the cover had seen better days.

The privacy

The stuff is HORRIBLE! A lady called me prior my check in and she talked to me so rude because I didn’t check in at the time I said I was. When I got to the place she didn’t even welcome us, she treated us horrible and so sarcastically because I didn’t consider my 6 year old child as an adult, then she said well it doesn’t matter you’re already here. I have never experienced anything close to this, she made us feel like stinky trash literally! The whole experience was just terrible! We paid a bit more than $300 for a room with 1 bed and it’s fine we’re used to pay that and for that same reason we’re not used to be treated like this! I really wouldn’t liked to have stay there. This is the first and last time!

Good location, clean, comfy, had everything we needed. The breakfast was EXCELLENT.

If I had to complain, parking was in an alley and the room is a little small/cramped. But I was aware of those things ahead of time so not a problem.
