Comfortable, large bed, very nice amenities in the kitchen, two large TV's, with a small one w/DVD player in the bunk area, and lots of towels. The ocean view was beautiful, the pool was nicely heated, and the hot tub & gym were very nice. We had a slight problem with the main TV and maintenance showed up very quickly to fix it. All of the staff at Palazzo are super nice; very friendly. Everything in the facility was very clean and nicely maintained. Shops & Winn Dixie are within walking distance.

Parking was a bit tight for larger trucks, the steps to the hot tub need some soft, ground effect lighting at night. The elevator stopped abruptly on us one time, but didn't do it again. Maintenance did check it out quickly.

The layout was perfect for families. Also, the location provides a quiet beach experience. It was nice to see security patrolling the property.

The jacuzzi tub in the master suite did not work. It kept tripping the breaker. I was looking forward to it. Also, the washer/dryer door kept falling when closing it using the handle. I hurt my hand trying to keep it from falling on my son.

The pool and hottub were closed for painting the building the entire time. We were not told that ahead of the booking or would have chose elsewhere.

Right on the beach. Beautiful views. Apartment was nice. Would for sure come back. Easy parking and check in.

Beds could have been upgraded. Had lots of light bulbs out or missing. Especially in master bath. Dishwasher didn’t work the greatest. Refrigerator leaks. ( possibly from ice maker) And sink in master bathroom didn’t drain well.

There were no concierge’s, no map of amenities within the condo, some of us were cold, and couldn’t get no more blankets. The lady at the front desk was by herself during check-in. Therefore, she was very cranky. The security guard at the racks was rude. There should be other ways to get a cart, then giving out our license that has our personal information on it and we should be allowed to get two carts if we have two cars, the dryer in the room took forever to dry lax were out in the laundry room, and when we arrived, we didn’t even have enough towels and wash rags which they did give us some of those at the front desk

Parking was tight. Elevators smelled bad

Good location. Well stocked. Rooms were all separated with our own bathrooms.

Place could’ve been a little cleaner. Had some mold in showers/tub. Dishes were still dirty. We drove a tundra and it was a struggle trying to get in and out of parking garage. Very tight parking.

I wish there were ice machines or property sold ice on premises

The only issue I had was we did run out of toilet tissue. So they should have extra toilet tissue available.

the property is beautiful and the location is perfect/super convenient. love all of the full length windows, so much natural light and an amazing view !

one shower didn’t work(it was fixed on our day 3), another had odd water pressure, the refrigerator leaked water until the floor every day and the bathrooms/showers could have been cleaner upon arrival. Also, when they say bring blankets they mean it. sheets and thin blankets are on your beds but if you are one to get cold you will want a blanket.

Location of the property. The security of the property. The beach access and the cleanliness of the suite. The rolling carts are always a plus. I like that it's a keyless entry into the suites. The property has improved outside near the waterfall area since last year.

The cable in the living room area was not working the first night, however it was resolved the next day. It only needed a signal sent to the cable box but it wasn't discovered until 7:30pm and maintenance left at 7pm. The beds were not that comfortable, I think its time for new mattresses in all the rooms. The living room furniture and the outside furniture is worn out.

Absolutely loved our stay. Loved the view. Very well furnished. Close to restaurants and other businesses. Neighbors on elevators are friendly. High-class folks and location. Overall, really nice place!

Some smokers on the balconies, hopefully management will fix that or be able to monitor that more effectively. Windows need tint replaced, which obstructs the view and makes them look dirty. Master shower head needs replacement. Master tub needs more thorough clean in the drains and jets. Parking lot was extremely tight, but that’ll probably never change. They were refurbishing the pool and spa area, so that was a bummer. We didn't know that until we arrived...
