Location was walking distance to Pike Place market and Wamu theater where we watched a concert. Rooms were excellent - spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable - I slept like a baby!

The gym is a functional fitness gym meaning all they have a dumbbells and kettlebells. It was also very small. Only had a bike a rowing machine for cardio. No treadmill.

El servicio. Tuvimos problema porque a las 5 pm no habían limpiado el cuarto, al solicitar el servicio dijeron que no había ya quien lo hiciera, se nos dijo que debíamos avisar que queríamos que lo limpiaran, que absurda respuesta. Nos parece que el alto precio que pagamos no es para esa respuesta. Les dijimos que entonces nos iríamos y fue cuando el encargado dijo que lo limpiarían. Estuvo listo a las 8 pm. La mala impresión sobre el hotel no nos cambió.

Location, cleanliness, and staff!

Staff were so friendly and helpful! Was just going to store bags as we arrived at 10a and were going to walk around till checkin, but they let us check in early, so nice!

The staff was amazing. It was as if we had a whole team of personal concierges. My brother-in-law is disabled and the staff was so patient and caring. Everything and everyone was excellent.

The layout of the room was kind of weird but didn’t really present any problem. We could have used a chair.

An absolutely perfect stay! Clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms including very modern nice bathrooms and comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make my stay special, including upgrading my room and then moving me to a quieter area and bigger room when the room next to me had a dog that would not stop barking. There was no street noise at night and the hotel is in a perfect area - safe, by the waterfront, surrounded by cute shops/restaurants, and walking distance to the Pike Place Market and other attractions. I even walked to the space needle and back from the hotel. The bookstore bar/restaurant downstairs serves breakfast and dinner and has fun decor. An overall perfect stay! Would definitely recommend to friends and family, and will stay here again next time I am in Seattle.

Just an FYI that they do allow pets, could be a pro or a con depending on the traveler.
