I liked nothing about this property.

Staff was very rude and disrespectful. They didn’t communicate during check in so my room wasn’t serviced throughout my whole stay. Staff doesn’t have access to clean towels even when your room wasn’t serviced.

There was nothing of good things that I was expected that was used during advertising very disappointed eg pricing keeps on changing every day, anyway thanks

Not over charged because of my age as a senior citizen

The sheets and pillow cases were dirty and when Front Desk was called the Front Desk Clerk told me Housekeeping is gone for the day. I then said, so we are supposed to sleep in this. She said you can come up here and try another room. This was after everything was already in the room. It was not comfortable, but us being tired we just delt with it for that evening.

The room was clean and didn’t stink of smoke

There was no breakfast

I would like a full refund. Please read the emails and review pictures that your co workers have
