Comfortable bed, really nice front desk staff… Danny.

Absolutely NO parking. Forced to pay an additional $48 for valet parking. Room was very small, bathroom was poorly designed. No shower door and water was dangerously all over the floor. Had to use several towels to avoid water seeping into the bedroom. Doors slamming through the night and early morning. Cleaning staff knocking at the door prior to check out.

Small rooms, need more storage for two sets of luggage instead of desk and chair. Small dim night light needed for restroom so you don’t wake up other person sharing the room as the bathroom door is glass and lights up the entire room.

Location was the best

While wiping down our room with sanitizing wipes, I wipe the toilet seat, and the wipe was disgustingly brown. We told one of the staff members they basically disregarded our complaint.

it was in the middle of everything in SB! walking or biking distance - and I couldn’t have asked for a better location to stay at! Cleta and Thomas made by birthday weekend absolutely memorable! and I can’t wait to be back very soon!

Location was fantastic. Staff were super friendly.

The room was soooo much smaller than I had anticipated. We were not able to fold out our carry on size bags as the King Size bed took up nearly the entire room. We were lucky to have left our large suitcases in our rental car, otherwise we wouldn’t have had any space to move in the room.

The place itself was really modern and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. The location and view were great!

The room was incredibly small. Upon arrival we learned that there is no parking besides a $49 a day valet parking available. I didn’t want to park in a sketchy area and then walk all my luggage all the way to the place so I paid the $98 for 2 nights. Good location but it wasn’t worth the discomfort. I wouldn’t recommend anyone I know to stay here.
