The location, some good restaurants close by to go

It was not clean, I had to wash the crystal glasses on the sink and still end up buying some plastics. The bathroom could be more clean. And the $25 credit that you have to use on the hotel restaurant or Starbucks

The parking I was told a different price for overnight. Took almost a month to get my refund from the deposit and no one was helpful. I would have rather stayed at a cheap hotel with people who don’t lie or having expensive parking for no reason.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall, I had a pleasant experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the smooth and efficient check-in process. Despite arriving well before the standard check-in time, our room was ready and waiting for us. Thanks to the accommodating staff, we were able to complete an early check-in at a very reasonable price. Although the building itself appears outdated, the rooms are surprisingly comfortable. This early check-in allowed us to rest and freshen up after a long journey, giving us the opportunity to fully enjoy the rest of our day. I particularly enjoyed staying on the 17th floor with a pool view. The mattresses were extremely cozy, providing for a great night's sleep, and the room was very peaceful and quiet. What really stood out to me was the hotel's prime location. It is situated in close proximity to several dining options, including a few restaurants and food trucks. Additionally, the TECO Line Streetcar's stop is conveniently located just a five-minute walk away from the hotel. This stop allows for easy access to travel between Downtown and the Ybor City district, making it the perfect hub for those looking to explore the city. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in the area.

Rooms were too expensive, but as we booked last minute it kind of makes sense.

the bed was uncomfortable uneven the mattress needs to be replaced also the bathroom door when you shower water gets everywhere and the door is peeling on the bottom made the hotel look like a 3 start instead of 4 star

Popcorn ceilings, room needs to be renovated, tiny bathroom, not worth $600 by the wildest stretch of the imagination.

this was not what I would expect from a Hilton property. Pool was too small, not enough chairs, bar had no music or TVs and the food menu was embarrassing. even worse was the food that we ordered that was terrible and way over priced.

Room was up to my standards.
