I like everything about this motel. The rooms were very clean 👌, and staff were super friendly and the breakfast was good and the pool was nice and clean as well

Staff was great! Felt safe and comfortable. We had everything we needed.
Room was missing light socket covers. Someone had taped down the curtains so that the air would flow into the room I guess. The bathroom ceiling had obvious mold spots all over it. The fridge froze anything we put in it no matter what temp it was set at.

Room was very quiet and appeared clean (though I did see a bug in the bathroom). Check-in and out was very easy. Staff were friendly. Room was serviced nicely.
Shower water not too hot (though warm enough to take a shower). Breakfast was OK, but they seemed to be out of some things even though we were there early.

Breakfast not much to choose from. Very disappointed because chose to stay here specifically because said had indoor pool and when arrived pool had been closed by health dept so we could not use pool. Had very disappointed granddaughter

The room was a nice size. It was clean for the most part. The temperature when we arrived was great.
Our neighbors all around us were super noisy! They were talking loudly in the halls and slamming doors late at night. The people above our room were also banging a lot of items and sounded like they were stomping when they walked. The duvet on the bed had some stains on it. The envelope for housekeeping was a used envelope and after they collected the tip, they left the same used envelope for the next day. We have stayed here many times and this by far was the worst stay ever.

Hotel staff was very attentive and helpful. Easy access to and from Interstate. Indoor pool was nice and warm. I would have given the hotel a better overall rating, but they do not have an elevator. However the staff were so helpful assisting us to get our luggage upstairs.
The hotel needs an elevator. Other than that I had absolutely no issues.

The Michigan gravy on a breakfast was not good but the staff were extra friendly.

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Booked it about 3 hrs before arriving. Got there around 11pm. No problems.
