Nice large room, but hard to keep warm.

The external entrance door didn't seem to close, and really cold room. The heating unit didn't heat the room after hours and hours of running.

Arrived Sun afternoon jack hammer was tearing up front parking lot until almost dark. Lots of noise. Advertised breakfast included. No breakfast provided. Curtains did not close all the way

Booking it because they had a continental breakfast and not having it where every hotel that we've ever stayed at has had it that says that they have continental breakfast but this one didn't

Absolutely nothing. The lobby smelled bad but when I opened the door to the room, it was even worse. Plus, the entire property was in disrepair! The check in person didn’t speak English, which made it more difficult.

It was in very poor condition. The parking lot had litter everywhere. Room doors were propped open. The lobby looked better but smelled horrible. We should have turned around & drove away but we’d booked through Bookings.com & thought we should follow through. We’d driven 11 hours & wanted to be off the road.

The person at the desk was EXTREMELY rude! He constantly told me to keep the room clean...I'm a senior citizen! What did he expect me to do to it??? I had reserved on line to save time which was useless. He needs to be spoken to. It was very offensive.

The room was clean.

The heater took 6 hours cranked on 90 degrees to warm the room. The microwave did not work. The refrigerator froze our food. The clerk charged me for the room when I prepaid with booking.com. and then I had to hassle with him to return my money. There was no continental breakfast as stated in the description. Overall, I felt like I should receive at least half my money back.

Friendly staff who worked hard every day to keep the property tidy and clean.

Advertised as "Pet Friendly" however, a sign in the lobby defines "Pet" as a quiet dog under 20 lbs. A limit of two dogs. Cats and Other pets are not allowed. There are also signs posted around the property banning "Pooping and Peeing" on the lawn. There is a large gravel parking area in the rear or the Walmart across the street has grass.
