Relatively close to the zoo.

The first room we were put in didn’t have a working tv, had stains on the ceiling and smelled like people previously smoked in it. We were changed to a different room, which was slightly better but also had stains on the ceiling. One of the elevators was broken, causing only 2 elevators to be I use and of had 4 people max to be in. We had to wait 15 minutes for an elevator to check out because apparently only one elevator was working.

The lobby was fine.

Everything. The room wasn’t clean enough, all elevators, but one, were broken and we were on the 8th floor. We waited 5 minutes to get to the elevator. We didn’t feel safe during a bad storm, in the hallway the only window, during the storm, was a plexiglass window screwed to the opening and rain was pouring in from it. There was mold in the room, and the pillows were terrible. The jacuzzi we paid extra for was not clean. The water looked like there had been urine in it. We had to pay a $100 deposit for I don’t know what. And it was not worth the money. This was by far one the worst hotels I have ever stayed at, considering the price for it.

Breakfast was not good.

It was a awful stay couldn’t sleep people where all over the place being loud in the halls the entire place any where you went drunk like marjuana bad it was very dirty are bathroom door wouldn’t hardly close the toilet wouldn’t barley flush it was very run down looked nothing like the website pics I wanted my money back for a different hotel and the guy couldn’t even understand what I was trying to say

I did like that they had an indoor pool and I did like that they had a restaurant but the restaurant wasn't open. Did have an above average content for breakfast

Property was very run down. Photos of hotel may have been accurate 20 years ago. Signs indicated food not allowed in rooms, despite rooms being equipped with refrigerator and microwave.

Only one working elevator and we had to take steps going down and wait nearly 10 min for the elevator to go up! Also, no sign was put up to state elevators out of order. Stairs were dirty and smelly! Some floors hallway AC wasn"t working.

Many basi things didn't work (room sink & AC; all elevators). Abysmal restaurant, very slow service and unable to deliver what was on the (limited) menu even after 3 tries. Management indifferent to poor behavior by other guests (adults fighting in the bar, children trailing pool water everywhere & playing basketball in the breakfast room)

It says it’s 100% smoke free it is not we were on the 5th floor instantly when getting off the sketchy elevator you could smell cigarette smoke and weed when telling staff they laughed about it and said they would tell maintenance nothing was done about it you would think staff would take pride in their jobs but they don’t

Room was in precarious condition with clogged sink and bathtub. Air conditioning didn’t work properly. Very noisy. The hotel had 4 elevators but only 1 worked. Had to use the stairs from the forth floor. Sketchy people hanging around the lobby. Front desk employees smoking outside and using the wall to put out their cigarettes.

ELEVATORS DIDN'T WORK AND HAD TO TAKE STAIRS FOR 9 FLOORS AND STAIRWAYS WERE FILTHY DIDN'T LOOK LIKE THEY'VE BENN CLEANED FOR MONTHS.

1 night cost was decent.

2 of 3 elevators were broken, causing congestion, overcrowded, and to be late. Only 1 clerk checking guests in the night of and then a bucket to collect key cards to check out. Could hear the ding of the elevator every time in my room. Lots of inconsiderate guests.
