it was very expensive for what you got. the shower head was terrible, the room itself wasn’t overly clean. the staff was absolutely incredible though.

Easy access from the highway. Nice to have walking areas near the hotel. There was good placement of sanitizer stations near high touch surfaces at check in and elevators.

The refrigerator in our room was loud due to accumulation of ice inside the unit. We shut the refrigerator off and allowed the significant amount of ice to melt. We used a bath towel to catch the melting ice since the amount of ice exceeded the capacity of the catch tray

love that it’s on the water staff super friendly our dinner outside on the last night under the pavilion was really great !

Breakfast met it's requirements but not very tasty.

The bed was comfortable, and the towels were nice.

The lighting in the room was awful - just one light at the entrance and the two little lights between the beds. The view out the window was ghastly - all I could see was the roof with pipes and equipment coming out of it. This room should have been the last one available, and it wasn't. The floor was clean (I think) but didn't look it.

The hotel is in a great location right on Lake Erie. The on-site restaurant is good with a variety of choices including a selection of Indian dishes. There is also a brewery and distillery on-site. The hotel is nice and clean.

I travel a lot for work. This hotel seems old, beat up, tv didn't work. No refrigerator in the room

Breakfast was ample and varied—hot and cold offerings. Beds were very comfortable—air conditioner was quiet. Room was amply sized. Front desk was extremely accommodating. Location could not be beat— plenty of dining options on the waterfront, nice paved path for walking/running, historic lighthouse nearby, beach. Wine Trail and Lilydale easy drives from the hotel.

Caps for the lid of the toilet seat hinge were missing— looked disgusting and certainly detracted from an otherwise clean and attractive bathroom.

The breakfast was ample with lots of choices and the views of Lake Erie were wonderful.

The trollies that we need to move our luggage into and out of the hotel seemed to steer weirdly but we made a joke out of it and everything was fine.

room wasn’t be nicest, the pool was closed, we were never notified it was going to be. the volume on the tv in the room didn’t work, no fridge and because the pool was closed we were given an ‘upgrade’ with a view of the water but it was just a view of the pool that we couldn’t use. for the price i paid it just wasn’t satisfactory

On lake, Indian food was very good, and would go back for.

Mold in tub, night crew ignored all problems while saying they would take care of it. TV: no sound for 2 days, complaints ignored until third day. Requested clean sheets and towels daily; didn't happen. Toilet ran for 7 days. Manager discounted my bill 1/3 the amount they should have. I got the room because my bathroom is being renovated. Didn't know until check in; they're renovating. Should have stayed home with the noise and no water.
