Location was great
1st of all the elevator was broken the whole time I was there. The shower inside & outside was filthy I did not use the shower at all furniture was old broken and falling apart horrible

I couldn’t get the heater to work in my room but I was comfortable enough in the bed under the covers so it was ok and the free breakfast was very minimal

Location was good and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was lacking and while it was clean for the most part, our bathroom could have used a better cleaning.

They did not have the breakfast as advertised, but they did offer a to go breakfast you had a choice of five items, you could choose all five item if you wish,
one great thing they had excellent coffee tea and chocolate all day.

Even though they did not have the breakfast that was advertised, they still provided a bagged breakfast to go. The staff was very nice about having to change rooms because of the broken bathroom door.
Had to change rooms because the bathroom door did not close. When we got into the new room the air conditioning did not cool very much and it smelled like a smoking room even though it was a non-smoking room. When booking it said there would be a hot breakfast and when we arrived it was a bagged cold breakfast. Also, some of the furniture was broken like the desk chair and the door to the closet.

Easy to find and short drive to the stadium
The room was TINY! Stated it was a double Queen room. The beds were not queen sized beds. The bathroom was literally right against one of the beds. The staff was very short and didn’t show much interest in helping the guest. Pool was drained.

Big rooms nice and clean morning staff was great
I wanted a pool since I had toddler with me. I seen it on the website said pool is open and when we got there pool wasn't even filled not enough sugar or creamer in room for coffee for 3 adults

check in and check out front desk clerks were both gregarious. room was clean, checked bed no bugs.good location near I-77 w/ variety of restaurants. if in the mood for sushi try sato (recommended by frt desk clerk) , its kind of dumpy but my 14
yr old daughter and I had ika salad, rainbow roll, spider roll, caterpillar roll and fried cheesecake dessert and I had a Sapporo Ichiban $45. crazy good value. All in all very good.
room key failed twice, sink valve ran water all night and would probably fill a bathtub a day.

we did not like the “grab bag” breakfast! the eating area needs work!!
old! the toilet runs all the time. it is one of those pressure flush toilets that need to be changed! you can tell that remodeling is needed!
