No room when I got there.

Concerned by a few offers of what I may "settle for"....(i.e., televison, poor water pressure). The manager seemed frustrated by his own circumstances of a short staff, therefore not friendly.

Where do we even begin? The shower curtain was broke the TV was off the wall. The bed was hard as a brick. Lamp didn't work. Wires hanging out the wall. Rust all over the shower curtain rod. Refrigerator off the wall. Desk were all crooked. This place is a dump. Bed bugs wouldn't stay here!!

Having a balcony was nice, the bed was comfortable. The water pressure for showers was great.

The staff was rude, especially the evening male employee who works the front desk. the staff didn't service my room. When I asked at the third day. It was very difficult just to get a clean towel. I was not allowed to get any shampoo or a change of bed sheets. The air conditioning unit was old and I don't believe there are any filters because the room got me sick with cough and congestion. Honestly, my stay should be fully refunded for the incompetence of the business and the treatment I received from the staff.

Value for money, staff at front desk was good too.

Cleanliness of the room wasn't good at all (wet carpet, dirty tables, smelly linen, trash bin not empty...)

This hotel and room (221) needs a LOT of TLC! Only one bath towel provided, for 3 people, said they would bring more when they were dry, never received. No Kleenex, toilet paper fell off holder, holes in walls at outlet, dresser drawers missing and others out of line, hair dryer cord only had one prong therefore unable to use, old headboard at desk torn and battered, handprints of some sort on closet door, tap drips constantly, markings on sheets, smoke detector on floor in closet but appeared to have one on wall that was working. Towel holder on back of bathroom door missing, but the hardware still there. WAY OVERPRICED FOR WHAT WE GOT!!!

It was a disgusting facility and if I were with Wyndham I would be ashamed to have my name on this hotel. If it's a franchise it should be dropped. Baymont by Wyndham's image with me is forever tarnished.

From the moment we got to the hotel it was badd. We checked into the room the TV didn't work we stayed on the 3rd floor the whole floor smell like smoke and mildew the room smelled like mildew the bathroom stunk. There was no phone in the room there was no TV Guide in the room. It was a king size room with 1 towel 1 wash cloth. We had to hurry and leave to be somewhere, When we came back we notified staff of everything the young guy walked up to the room to help us with the TV, And when we asked him if he smelled the mildew in the room He said I'm sorry ma'am this hotel needs Jesus. Well he got the TV working, But the TV Guide we were given was a sheet of paper that some kids had drawn all over and had sticky stuff all over the back of it. The only reason we stayed Was there was a concert And a convention in town and nowhere else was available. The lights on one side of the bed were the only ones that worked. When we went downstairs to ask them for a light bulb for the other side they said they didn't have any. When we checked out the next morning we explained everything to the girl at the front desk and she agreed the hotel needed Jesus. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I booked a king when I arrived they said they were out of kings. which I don’t understand being that I booked weeks ago why my accommodation were not available

Water wasn’t working at check in water handle missing in tub and Heat/AC unit was broken.

Was suppose to get an upgrade to suite, did not get the person at desk said it didn't show from booking.com. Room on third floor the whole floor had a funny smell. Room itself also had smell that irritated both of our throats. There was a huge stain on carpet. Did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker in room. Stain was near where the fridge should of been. Oh and no hot water in the whole building. So needless to say no shower. Breakfast was not stocked, no milk, jelly, fruit, eggs were so dry uneattable no half and half for coffee

Rooms were outdated,no fan in bathroom,door hinge to one of our rooms had to be fixed,one room bathroom door couldn't shut.
