No staff at desk booked a king they didn't have a king informed me when I went back to desk that hsekeeping didn't clean any king and she doesn't manage their website. Plus I paid online through booking and they charged another fee when I got there but couldn't give me what I booked.

There was no continental breakfast, which they said there was. Also 2 towels for 4 people.

I liked the restaurants that were near the hotel.

Room was filthy and wreaked of cigarette smoke. When I say filthy, I mean the sheets, pillows, floor, walls had dried brown liquid running down, bathroom was moldy, floors looked like they had been swept or mopped in years. The parking lot was filled with vagrants and sex workers. I went back to the front desk to let the owner know we couldn’t stay there, but the door was locked with a note that said be back in 15 minutes. Thirty-seven minutes later, she finally returned. No apology was offered whatsoever. Instead, she acted as though I was an inconvenience to her.

The staff was extremely rude, gave my rooms away and did not honor the price listed. Changed my reservation and instead of them contacting the third party they pretty much brushed me off and made me feel unwelcomed. I was told that anytime I choose the option to pay at the property from the third party site they still require a deposit. When I stated that was untrue the receptionist proceeded to tell me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. Being a choice member and with the property being under the choice flagship I offered to give them my loyalty number since I had to pay a separate price from what was quoted the young lady stated she could not accept it even though I was being checked in as a walk in. When I entered the room the room was extremely hot and the sheets were dirty. When I was leaving the room the receptionist made the statement “well let me go see if these rooms are still cleaned”. I felt very disrespected and I will NEVER visit that hotel again.

It was dirty! Bed sheets and pillow cases had blood stains and black stains. They also had holes. The tv wasn’t working.

This property was the worst by far of my experience with hotel stay super dirty

There was mold on the bath tub, thrash all over the place, had to clean the floor once i got there to be able to walk, smells bad, the ac unit broken, the bed sheet with blood stains and pillows, bed bugs and the hotel is like being in a crack house people coming in from the rooms like they own the place and no parking

Location was good with eating locations next door. The price was good until we arrived and was told there are additional fees that we didn't expect.

We got unexpected additional fees when we first got there, which then made this stay higher priced than others we could have booked. The non smoking room smelled of smoke and had ash burns in the bedding. Black finger prints and black marks on the bottom sheets. Floor and tub were dirty. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. No staff around to talk to about it. The next day, the staff agreed to change our room, but we had to pack everything up, and come back to get a new room key after 1pm. The next room was much cleaner and the bed and pillows were a little more comfortable. Website said there was a continental breakfast, which there isnt. Won't stay here again.

The facilities were not clean. The sheets were still dirty, had stains and holes in them. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom before we could use it. There were socks stuffed into the fire sprinklers.

Roaches everywhere, stained walls, gross sheets, dirt covered floors, trash all over the property, no shower curtain, and did I mention ROACHES!!!!!

There is not very much about this motel stay that I liked at all 😐 the staff was very unfriendly especially to my life partner... We could not even get towels in the jacuzzi room which had hair caked up in the Jets 🙄 worst stay ever.

Couldn't get a clean room spent $500 barely felt comfortable staying in the room would not even stay under the covers because seeing something questionable on the sheets and could not even walk around without my shoes on and the bottoms of my feet looking like I've been running through the parking lot barefoot. Which is very sad, because that could be a really awesome room that could get rented out quite a bit just because the jacuzzi is so deep it would swallow me whole the Jets didn't work but if they did I'm sure they can blow me around in circles, mirrors check!! The room had real possibilities for a really cool private couple getaway but definitely needs a whole revamp on cleanliness, style, hospitality, definitely the prices.... And can I at least just get some freaking towels and wash rags to at least take a shower!?!?!?😅

Didn't like the trash everywhere..the bugs...no shower curtain or towels gor the entire stay...didmt like them charging my card $20 for late check out cause we checked out at 530 am not the 11am time allowed and got charged after the stay..theives...sure didnt like the used syringes under the bed and in the bathroom or the blood on the bathroom floor..emailed the main office of economy lodge with no response ..should be reinbursed the entire amount we spent on the 2 day stay there by all means...betting I will never hear from anyone about this but I have pics of it all...better contact me economy lodge and make it right...or I will put it out viral

Toilet seat was broken, bathtub faucet was hanging, bed was broken, no towels even after asking staff(had to go buy some)

Went thru hell gettig towels so I could take a shower. Pieces of the shower where broken, could see light all the way around the room door, looked like the room was under renovation

Free Wi-Fi AC worked well and flatscreen basic cable

The room looked had a lot of broken items like the shower the lamp light and even the charging spot didn’t work the bathroom was not as clean as it should could tell someone used the room and didn’t clean it not to mention a lot of drug activity going on in those hotel rooms and I’m not talking about legalized marijuana. There was no breakfast maybe a breafast bar I definitely wouldn’t recommend if you have the money just go somewhere else asked staff to fixed my shower 3 times and didn’t even come to fix it until after I checked out
