This property has three things going for it. 1. The front desk staff were very professional. 2. The location is easy off - easy on close the highways - north and south and into /out of Boston - excellent location. 3. The wifi works well. The property was filthy and smelled.

The breakfast was coffee plus a snack bar plus wrapped snack muffin. It was not a breakfast as one would expect to find in a hotel that advertises breakfast and should not be advertised as a "breakfast" per se = false and misleading advertising. The property was absolutely filthy! I traveled extensively throughout the world (60 + plus countries) and this was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in. Additionally, it smelled so badly that you had to open the windows as wide as possible when you are in the room. The local health department should inspect the property! What is ironic is that if the property were completely renovated with new carpeting and furniture, etc., it could be a very nice nice property with an excellent location. Obviously, the management is very poor and non professional and managing the the property to maximize short term profits and cash flow. Stay away!
