We did a late check in and no one was there to greet us and check us in in person. We had to use a kiosk to get our key and finding to lock box was confusing. Very impersonal.

We had to get new keys coming back to the hotel. The original ones would not work. hard to find with now signs on the property.

they don’t clean between day I stay 3 days and they didn’t clean a single day Microwave and Toasters don’t work. we have to asks for clean towels

They canceled last minute due to a "Maintenance emergency" and all they told me when canceling was " we dis not charge your card and you will not be charged the penalty fee" what the hell? This was my daughter's birthday and I was given a number and told the residence in had an opening. I called and it was 2 times as much and without a pool. I am disgusted.

staff were very nice

wasn’t the cleanest, location wasn’t great, but it was ok for a single night. seemed like folks did linger stays (lived) at the hotel for long term work assignments.
