My reservation was from Monday the 18th to Thursday the 22. First the hotel is under renovation, the only the back entrance was available. I had no hot water for the first 3 days, it turns out the valve in the shower was installed backwards and no one knew. I had hot water if I set it to "cold". It took them 3 days to figure it out. The business center was non-existent so I couldn't check emails or print boarding passes. On the first day my best friend's mom died. He lives 2 miles from the airport, so I changed plans to stay with him Thursday night. The Hotel would not refund my money for the day early. I was told there was no way to print a receipt for my stay so that I could protest the hotel. The room and bed were clean..that's the only good thing I can say.

Main lobby under construction, but no signage where/how to access the temporary lobby/office. Plus, none of the card keys were working on-site :-(

Front desk staff were friendly and I didn’t feel rushed or like I was infringing on their time. When I had an issue, they were quick to offer a solution.

There were bedbugs in the room. We are worried that we might have carried some home.

When my wife and I stayed here the hotel was under major renovations which we were never told about when booking. The front entrance was inaccessible, parking limited due to resurfacing, and the side entrances did not work using our hotel keys. During our 5 day stay, our room was not serviced once by housekeeping even after raising concerns several times to the manager on duty. On our last night we were finally told that during check in the hotel staff flagged our room in error not to be serviced by housekeeping (we never requested that). This was frustrating as we had brought up the concern several times prior. The deadbolt on our room door often failed to unlatch when trying to open the door. After alerting management, they gave us a workaround and said they were aware of these problems and did not have a fix for them. The parking lot was also periodically closed off in different areas for resurfacing, necessitating walks around the building to enter as the side entrances did not work. To be fair, our room was comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was also quite good. The main concern for us was the complete lack of communication from the hotel to guests of the frequent inconveniences - construction, parking lot issues, door issues, etc. This could be a great hotel, but maybe they should have waited until construction was either completely finished or farther along.

We arrived at the hotel and the entire parking area and entrance reception and lobby were under construction . No notices visible and we had to enter at the back laundry door . Once again no obvious notices.Our room had just been remodelled and was perfect. Breakfast area was operational among builders screens . The whole place was a construction site and smelled strongly of tar.Still paid the full room rate !! No earnings on the booking site!!!!
