Staff were very friendly and helpful. Coffee in the morning was really good! Price was right and located near where we needed to be. Great restaurants nearby.

The room smelled very very musty (I know it's humid here, but it nearly got my asthma going as I'm allergic to mold) and the decor is, for lack of a better word... depressing. Like this is where you go to drink yourself to death, depressing. We stayed just a couple days, I could not imagine having to stay longer. We purposely did not stay in the room except to sleep and shower because of it.

The location was close to all the events for our family reunion. The free breakfast was ok.

The bed skirt on beds didn't fit the beds. It over lap on the floor. Yes. I fell to the floor. My left knee is.a little sore but I'm ok.

Very rude managent. We were missing body towels when we check in late night. Next morning we asked for extra towels, we were questioned and sent back and forth before we finally got some towels. A simple sorry we forgot the body towels would’ve been sufficient for us to be satisfied. After all mistakes happen. but no! they insisted to tell us we had towels and that they never forget or miss that. Long story short they made us feel like we lost or stole the towels but they gave us some more anyway. Carpet had a dried and molded food stain that was shampooed the next day by a very professional and polite gentleman that did a great job and apologized unlike all the other team we dealt with.

I had a room that had blood stained sheets still on the bed and they charged my debit card twice.

Convenient and very close location to Spring Hill College. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable beds and ample parking close to our door w/good nighttime lighting in parking lot. we were up and out very early so we did not do the grab-n-go breakfast but it was available.

Around 12:30am started to hear people outside in the parking lot and definitely in the room above us (we were 1st floor in the back area). They were loud talking, walking and laughing. Could even see them out front our room through the peephole and at one point someone screamed, “I’m King of the World”! This continued til about 2am at least when I fell asleep (may have gone on even longer). I believe they have permanent residence living in the Motel and are involved in Drug Activities during the night. We did inform the front desk in the morning.
