I’ve stayed at many Red Roofs and I have not had any good experiences at them except for this location at Market Commons. They keep everything very clean, from the shower to the hallways, it smells clean and I truly believe it is clean. The beds are comfy, the sheets and towels are clean and they don’t feel like sandpaper like you get at a lot of hotels. It’s a nice place to stay and you can’t beat the ease of parking and walking one street over to the beach!
Maybe add a couple extra pillows to the bed to use as foot pillows. But I really don’t have anything bad to say about the Market Commons hotel.

It was dirty. There was a pile of human poop right outside one of the side doors. Rooms weren’t clean. Door was broken.

The surprise $50 deposit was very irritating. Sort of smelly in hall ways, no markers outside telling you q here the hell to go what was entrance etc… and the girl didnt tell me just handed me card said checkout at 11

It was so clean and comfortable. Great location close to beach and airport.

too basic amenities in the room. no breakfast provided in the lobby. the coffee and tea machines in the lobby were out of hot water.

The beds were okay. The AC worked. There was plenty of parking.
There were no tissues, shampoo, etc. Only a bar of soap in the bathroom. We had to ask for more cups, only had two in the room. The room was overpriced and lacked any of the conveniences, in spite of paying extra for a deluxe room.

Good location.
Staff was fairly nice.
Hallways were in disarray; cleaning carts all over the place for 2 straight days. Furniture is very uncomfortable. Most of the hotel reeked of marijuana.

Love the location for the price this is a 6 year and a row staying here for our annual trip to Myrtle Beach.
No daily maid service and no. Continental breakfast these are down grades from the years past I missed these services.

it was was in walking distance from the beach.
The hotel seemed outdated. no fridge nor microwave in the standard room. the air worked when It wanted to. was never really cool in the room. the bathroom was very small. television also. the only ice machine that work was on the first floor and the whole floor smell like cigarettes.

Like the price and the hotel. The staff was friendly. The room was nice and love the location of the hotel.
I didn't like how children were not running around the hotel making noise during the hour when we were trying to sleep. I didn't call the front desk because that should not be allowed.

No refrigerator, neighbor across hall coughed severely all night long for our 3 night stay ; sounded like he was in room with us . . Didn’t get much sleep.

The convenience of being in the middle of everything. The beach, restaurants and Market Common.
The male front desk receptionist that was rude, cruel and socially unacceptable. Was given a room that another couple were already occupying. Sent to another room down the hall and used cups left in there.
