The internet didnt work at all they seem to be having problems. For some reason. A couple months back they were having issues about it. I thought they fixed it. But apparently is still the same .
The freezer didnt work like its suppose to. And also the ac maybe was frozen because it was leaking. As far as everything goes they work fine. I would like for the internet and freezer to be fixed tho

The door locks didn’t work and there wasn’t a housekeeper at all on so if u needed towels or toilet paper u better hope u brought some

The staff was AMAZING!!
Bed was less than ok, the whole floor smelled like pot and badly in my room. A/C didn't work well. First room they put me in was not ready and I checked in at 10 pm. And had to be put in a different one.

Bathroom was clean with hot water.
Roaches behind end tables by bed, air conditioner leaked water all over the floor, lamps didn't work right bad switches.

The bed was comfortable and the staff was excellent.
There were roaches and no water pressure at all.

The property location was great. And it was only two floors so it wasn’t enormous. Towels and linens were clean.
The hallways reeked of weed. They’re going through a semi-renovation. I.e. They’re painting. Wyndham has relaxed their COVID restrictions regarding breakfast, but this property still isn’t offering any… not that it matters. Cold cereal and a waffle aren’t huge drivers for me.

Overall it was a good stay.
I heard some interesting things about the east side of Houma. Didn’t like the gas station in the front of the hotel.

How the manager parked in between the handicap spaces making it hard for people that had to park there couldn’t get out of there cars or vans. When confronted she’s said she always parks there.

The ground desk people are super nice and the beds and pillows are so soft I never wanted to leave the bed
Even thought the mask law is over their is still no breakfast, my key card barely work and their is only one ice machine and the second floor smell like crawfish but it won’t an unpleasant smell

The facility and the room was neat and clean. The staff was pleasant and professional. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback was due to Covid-19, there was no complimentary breakfast which was understandable.
