Dass beim Einchecken mein seit Monaten gebuchtes Zimmer nicht verfügbar war. Erst als ich mich explizit und dezidiert geweigert habe, konnte das engagierte Team an der Hotel-Rezeption schliesslich doch noch ein Zimmer für mich "finden".

O espaço do quarto é muito bom, a cama te abraça, o sofá e a poltrona são confortáveis há uma grande bancada de apoio, o frigobar é eficiente. O quarto é elegante! Recomendo e voltaria em uma próxima visita.

O box do banheiro não é dos melhores para idosos.

Sentimos falta de café da manhã no hotel mas fomos sabendo que não teria. Por outro lado, ao redor tem inúmeras opções de restaurantes e mercados.

The location, the staff. It was clean.

I booked this hotel via booking.com because it included breakfast in the price. When we arrived we were told we’d receive 10% off the cost of breakfast in the new restaurant next door. So we ate there the first morning of our trip and was served a tiny pastries basket which were all stale and cold coffee and two main breakfasts which cost us $60!! Obscenely expensive for mediocre, old and cold food! We didn’t eat there again. We were given a room which was very nice and clean with a frosted window and a view of the building mechanics. It was dark and depressing! So we requested a room change and was given one the following day thankfully. That room was great with a view of the street below which was so much better.

O principal benefício deste hotel com certeza é a localização! Ele está muito bem localizado próximo ao Central Park e à Times Square, numa região muito movimentada de Nova York. As comodidades são muito boas, cama grande e confortável, TV grande, quarto enorme, chuveiro bom, amenidades excelentes. Serviço de quarto muito eficiente. Fomos muito bem tratados lá!

Esta é uma crítica geral de NYC. Acho que a cidade entrega muito pouco pelo custo que cobra. Achei o preço deste hotel extremamente alto, no Brasil você consegue ficar em hoteis 5 estrelas pagando o valor que pagamos pelas diárias. Pagamos muito caro e não tinha nem café da manhã! Contudo, considerando que todos são muito caros, é uma opção interessante, pois o hotel é muito bom e muito bem localizado. O chuveiro vazava água do box.

Le prélèvement fait un mois après la réservation d’une nuitée sans en avoir été avertie indiqué comme pré paiement sur le reçu que j’ai dû réclamer auprès de votre service client alors que sur votre site l’option choisie était le paiement sur place sans pré paiement ! Les réponses de cet hôtel assez succintes et sèches suite à cette remarque Faisaient preuve d’un manque de respect du client et de sens commercial!!!

Lo staff è stato sempre molto accogliente e disponibile. La stanza è ampia e pulita (senza moquette che è un plus). La posizione é ottimale per gli spostamenti. Ci si può muovere facilmente a piedi e in ogni caso la metro é a 30 secondi a piedi.

Niente in particolare

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo wygodne łóżko, czysto i przyjemnie. Mieliśmy okna od strony ulicy i było trochę głośno ale znośnie. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócimy ! Warto !

Betalade bra för ett större rum, men fick ett rum mot en gata med reparationsarbete som startade tidigt osv.

Central location chosen for convenience and safety. The room was attractive and very clean. The cleaning and maintenance staff were excellent. Room was quiet despite being located next to the elevator. Excellent quality linens.

The front desk staff were unfriendly, and asked my sister to identify herself every time she entered over a five-day period. (I was never asked to do so.) The concierges were not knowledgeable. As a firmer New Yorker, I knew more than they did. The safety deposit on the room was reserved, and five days later, the reservation has not yet been lifted. For the high price paid for the room, no toilet in the lobby, and loud music in the second reception room made conversation impossible.

It's in a very good location, the staff are gentle and helpful. They have a restaurant really close to the hotel with plenty of good options. The room is big enough, has a locker inside and the bed is very comfortable.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, keine Zimmerservice. Man konnte bei Check-in nicht bar bezahlen, nur mit Kreditkarte, was für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Als ich mitgetilt habe, dass ich bar zahlen wollte teilte man mir einfach mit, dass dies nicht geht und sie ausser der Kreditkarte keine andere Lösung hätten. War nicht besonders hilfreich.

Letto e Bagno; la doccia molto bella e funzionale. Non essendoci un Bidet poteva essere utile una doccetta vicino al Water.

O tamanho e conforto da acomodação estúdio luxo cama king (plus) é excelente. Acústica e iluminação ótimas. A localização é espetacular para quem procura facilidade de transporte e tranquilidade. Entorno maravilhoso. Banheiro com box de vidro e cuba com bancada são de ótimo tamanho e qualidade. A suíte possui armários e gaveteiros ideais para uma estadia mais longa. O lounge do hotel é agradável caso tenha que aguardar algum serviço. Check-in e check-out rápidos e estendidos.

Durante minha estadia de 10 dias, 2 dias a limpeza e organização da suíte poderiam ter sido melhores, faltou atenção e capricho. O box de vidro blindex, com porta de abertura direita, permitia vazamento de água no piso fora da área do mesmo. Na recepção tinham alguns funcionários que poderiam ser mais simpáticos. Não tem opção de café da manhã no restaurante adjacente.

Easy access to the subway, but away from the crowds. Local coffee shops open at 5am!

Annoying phone was ringing in the middle of the night, several times. We called reception to advise and they were really rude (unlike the rest of the staff we experienced) It was a bit like it isn’t our problem! Well we hadn’t given the number to anyone, so after the unhelpful reception desk person hung up on us, when we asked to speak to the management - is was easier to pull the plug out of the phone. No apology was given!!

Very good location, spacious room for 2 adults, very comfortable bed. The pillows could be a bit harder.

The pillows were rather too soft for me and my husband too.

Das Hotel liegt zentral in unmittelbarer Nähe des Central Park und an mehreren Bus-/Subway-Stationen. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl im Hotel, alle sind freundlich und es ist sehr sauber. Dafür, dass es so zentral liegt, ist es nachts recht leise. Die Fenster halten den meisten Lärm ab. Das habe ich noch nicht so oft in den USA erlebt.

Location was ideal with lots of attractions close by. The subway was directly outside hotel and another line was within a short distance. Our trip was great due to the wonderful warm welcome we received, when we entered the hotel for the first time on our arrival, and every single time we moved in/out of the hotel. Every single staff we met, was friendly and very courteous. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable with assisting us with some of the questions.

No bar on site within hotel but there was plenty of options within a short walk from the hotel.
