Breakfast: Adequate variety. Readily available.
The room we were initially assigned was either still in use or not made up. The only room available as a substitute did not have a working tv. That room had used towels on the bathroom floor when we went in. We switched to another room for the second night. It was what we had hoped for on the first night. The price was much higher than the value/hassle. Front desk staff was very helpful throughout the process.

Pool area was great. It was well suited for children.
We found blood on our bedsheets, the hotel smelted of stale cigarette smoke, and lots of dead crickets in the pool area.

Lots of flies and tiny insects; furniture has large strips of wood missing; bathroom ceiling needs repair; front entry smells like cat urine

The staff was amazing with dealing with me changing my reservations 2 times on a non refundable room and the lady was so nice and understanding that my boss had changed the day I had to work and then changed it back.

one sheet has large stain and was put up to top by face. Distrusting.

I didn’t get through the first night. After running out to purchase air freshener to attempt to mask the over bearing smell of smoke a humongous spider came out of the curtains and a cricket was jumping around the room. No answer at the front desk so I ran down in my pajamas. I was moved to another “sister” hotel but was not offered any discount. I didn’t stay my second night at either hotel due to the horrible experience.
No bugs or smoke smell. Room 103 reeks of smoke. My clothing carried the smell all the way home.

My remote didn’t work. They were prompt in looking into it. The internet service guy showed up and replaced the remote quickly.

The bed sheet was too small for the mattress....had to keep putting it back over the mattress.

Loved the pool area and the tables in the lobby. Great for young kids to swim independently and have fun. Breakfast was good with nice variety.
Beds were on the hard/firm side. Floors seemed aged and poorly vacuumed - especially around the edges. Elevator floor was really dirty. Walls were showing signs of aging.

had to tell front desk staff to have housekeeping freshen our room , take out garbage and need for new towels. told them we were leaving for a few hours so they had time to take care of this. when we returned, nothing….
had to go back to front desk and remind them, gave them another chance as we were leaving again for awhile. returned later to find a pile of towels on the bathroom countertop. oh well, they did take out the garbage. didn’t make the beds tho.
three day stay…. housekeeping did not come in other than dropping off the towels the night before we left.

nothing about the property- but my reservation wasn’t on their system when I arrived. stayed two nights and couldn’t stay in the same room so had to load up all my things in between nights.

The hotel definitely needs some upgrades.
the wallpaper was peeling and there was water damage to the ceiling. the light bulbs were terrible. The room was not cozy at all.
