This is a clean, cozy, wonderfully located Holiday Inn. It has all of the comforts you would expect, along with the location which is excellent. Tons of stores and restaurants all around.

My only criticism is that it was 20-30 dollars more a night than the two other Holiday Inn's in town, just because of location. I almost didn't book.

Clean nice and nice furnishings. Good breakfast.

Was on 2nd floor. Whoever was just above us had a kid who kept jumping from the bed onto the floor (our ceiling!) from 7-10:30 pm. Front desk had to be called/involved several times to get quiet!!

Convenient location - walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, & movies.

The Ogre that was tending to the breakfast was very rude, not just to us but others as well. You better be sure that you made it to breakfast before 8:45am in order to enjoy the good stuff like bacon & pancakes even though breakfast was over at 9:30am. The pancake bag needed to be replaced before 9am & when a lady asked for it to be replaced, the Ogre said the machine wasn't working anymore. This would've been a great stay overall if I didn't have to start my vacation days around such a nasty attitude.

Staff was friendly, location was great, room was nice and clean. I liked that breakfast was until 10, most other hotels close up at 9. And check out was at 12 that's nice when you want to sleep in on weekends. You are able to walk to restaurants, and there are many to choose from. I also love the bottles of shampoo and soap in the shower. Plugs in the side table are a huge thing for me, I don't like to stand on my head to plug my phone in. Lol

Walls seemed thin, people in the hall talking was very loud. The bed was very hard. No regular coffee for the keurig. Missed a microwave. But these are not deal breakers. We'll maybe the bed. Are the mattresses the same in all the rooms as in firmness?

I have already answered this.

There was an issue with the amount of my bill. The hotel had submitted an amount to my credit card for pre-authorization that was more than the amount of the final amount I was to be charged according to the reservation made on booking.com. I provided the desk clerk with a copy of my reservation. The next day, I was informed that the percent for taxes listed on the reservation form was less than what the tax rate actually was. This was a miscommunication between the hotel and booking.com. The hotel agreed to adjust the room rate in order to charge me what the reservation made at booking.com showed. As a traveler I was in the middle. Booking.com and hotels have a responsibility to ensure that current tax rates are identified properly so that my situation does not arise in the future.

Breakfast delicious, large variety of hot and cold items. Well-staffed, everyone professional and pleasant. All areas clean and attractive. Fitness room well-equipped. Room comfortable and furnished with versatile and flexible furniture and fixtures (ample outlets and lighting), full length mirrors, roomy bathroom, nice selection of tv viewing. Printing and internet available in business center (well-equipped).
