I have an elderly 90 year old grandmother that was one of the guest. The original room that I picked was not on the first floor but, the lady at the front desk helped us get ground level room on the very end of the hallway to the existing doors so that my grandmother could have a handicap bathroom and she didn't have to walk far to our vehicle. The room was freshly cleaned on arrival and exceeded expectation, our visit was wonderful.

The fact that this Best Western was the WORST Western I’ve experienced.. smelled very old and musty compared to Mansfield location. Customer Service was poor. Breakfast was not cooked fresh and brought out from previous day.. Laundry room was disgusting.. water leaking causing mold on walls!!! Overall felt very icky and was not satisfied with my stay. Y’all could be doing WAY better.
