There was a mix up with our room at check in. The facility was ran down and had many holes in the walls or things didn’t work. The air took a long time to cool the room.

Staff was friendly
Conjoined rooms, our bathroom wasn’t stocked nor cleaned properly good thing i had cleaning supplies. Neighbors kept my boyfriend and myself up all night/morning due to them having sex. That’s totally unacceptable especially if it’s disturbing or sleep and kid free weekend. Also the room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave.

All of the staff I dealt with weren’t very pleasant.

When we showed up they told us that they were overbooked and couldn’t accommodate us. It eas pouring rain outside and they told us to talk to the Marriott 15 min away.

Location is good. Cleanliness of room is good AC/heat did not work. Got into the room and it was an oven. Room was very clean. I have stayed at double tree before and never had an issue but this visit had a huge problem.
When we got into the room, the heat/AC was not working. Called to desk. Took 50 minutes for someone to come up to check. Asked for another room they would not switch us until they had a person Come check it. Finally got another room. Maintenance person brought us up keys to another room. Someone at the desk failed to enter the room change. My wife was harassed by desk person. Desk person came to room and let themselves in. Luckily my wife had the door locked or should I say the secondary lock. They treated her like a criminal. Wanting to know how she got that room. Thanks to a fatal error by desk staff we were treated poorly. When checking out we were awarded 10,000 Hilton rewards points. I’m still not sure if that made us feel any better. We have stayed at your hotels before and all stays were excellent. The treatment by more than one person on your staff was not good. Some thing you would need to look into for sure! my wife and I are starting to travel more often and would be using your hotels more often. We are now unsure of coming back. If someone would like to discuss this, I would love to get a phone call from someone of importance. Also, my wife went down when we got the first room because one key didn’t work. She was allowed to stand there and had to ask for someone to help her. When we checked in, I went through the same thing with the same gentleman.

The rooms are fairly quiet, which is great for privacy.
I would have preferred to have 1 room with double king beds as advertised on the site. Rather than separate rooms. And I feel that for the price you pay, breakfast should be free.

Had to switch our room due to a non working ac & no cart available to move our belongings from room to room.

I love the scenery especially when we walked in the lobby absolutely beautiful.
I didn’t like how the ceiling was leaking with water damage in the bathroom and pieces of the ceiling had fell off! I took pictures and showed it to the front desk so they can repair that room with future guest!

The bedding was exceptional.
I have stayed at this hotel 2 or 3 times a year. I have never been in a room that was so disgusting. The walls, bedroom and bathroom had paint missing as if someone had used a machine gun on the walls. The carpet was old. It no longer is near the wall in some spots. The bathoom needs updating. Our weekend was dismal because of the accommodations.
