The room was very spacious and clean
That there isn’t a “quiet time” that is asked to be observed. I cannot believe how many people throughout the night were telling people goodnight and making plans right outside of other patron’s rooms. There should be a policy stated to everyone that they should say their good nights and good bye’s in the lobby and to respect others that are trying to sleep.Also the elevators ‘dings’ are what too loud during the night, could they be toned down during the night?

The pool and staff very pleasant
They over charged me an amount that wasn’t what I was quoted for my reservation

Clean, friendly staff, plenty of free parking, good breakfast, right off 95 far enough to be quiet.
Checked the price and it was $165 a night. I booked and it was $185 a night.

The bed was unfortunately uncomfortable and weak water pressure in the shower. Beside that, The staff was amazing she made my checking and check out easier.

The fact that there was kids running the halls unattended all hours being very loud and even after reporting them banging on doors and running nothing was done!

Room Needs a refresh. Didn’t like the layout with bed facing window. Very small tv. No area to walk outside.

The desk attendant announced at check in that there would be no hot water for the duration of the stay, but the accommodation would still be full price.

It was close to where I had to go. My daughter did leave her phone in the lobby bathroom and I contacted the property when I went to my event and it was held until I came back. Thank you for that. The staff member was great.
The first room they put me in the toilet wasn’t flushing. It didn’t seem to clean. I had to ask for another room. The next room was ok. This stay was nothing compared to my first stay. I didn’t like it at all.

Room was not clean. There was food in refrigerator from a previous guest. Hair in tub and sticky stuff on the desk.

Huge room with nice finishing touches. Very clean.
We had to get up early for our flight, and wanted to shower first. We had no hot water at all, even after letting it run for several minutes.

Breakfast until 10 instead of usual 9 or 9:30, and generous checkout time of noon instead of usual 11.

We booked 2 rooms and 1 was dirty , when showed staff pictures was told they could only issue points, left messages for General Manager and 0 response

everything was good
there was a group of black kids disrespectful loud and going through the hall way and nocking on doors and waking people when sleeping. noise at breakfast people could not even hear each other talking. then in the pool we moved out of the way so they could have room then they came down were we were and jumped in right beside us we had a year old and

My 2 year old granddaughter was a little fussy as we were going to our room and a lovely housekeeper was so sweet in comforting her. As we were leaving the next day the same housekeeping member was very sweet to my granddaughter again. A great start for our hectic day!

room was a bit dirty, there were crumbs in the pull out bed and trash/ crumbs underneath the couch. I was itching in bed all night and couldn’t sleep because of the noise at night. Also, almost had an altercation with ghetto guests. She wanted to start a fight in the pool area in front of our children. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.
