The room was large and the bed comfortable

The pull out couch had a big stain on the mattress. The only coffee offered was a pricey Starbucks. There was no hotel area that sold toiletries. I needed headache medicine and was told to go to the rite aid down the road.

the pool was out of order, toilets too low for people with bad knees and the half shower door(prefer door to be totally enclosed).

All good. Location, Staff and facilities were perfect.

Excellent customer service. Front desk very helpful and friendly. However, the bed comfort was horrible. Felt like we were sleeping on concrete. For that reason, I don’t think I would stay at this location again.

My partner and I had a great time at this establishment. However, there was a large hole (large enough for a rat to fit through) at the bottom right corner of our room door. We had to stuff the door and use a coffee maker to keep it blocked to prevent anything from possibly coming through. Difficult to sleep with that on my mind all night.

I didn’t like paying full price for the first 2 days. 3 rd day was a great rate since my girlfriend told the manager we were down there for surgery at the Rothman institute hospital and 1st and 2nd day were still full price????? Don’t understand why when they gave us a great deal on the 3rd day because of surgery at Rothman. Only reason why we went down to your facility was because of surgery.
